For all new/incoming students, if you were never issued a school laptop, and need access to technology, please complete this survey:
If you have been issued a laptop but it is not working, you must return it to the school prior to requesting an iPad from the NYC DOE. Please fill out the link below to request a device from the New York City Dept. of Education
